Refund policy
RETURNS:
Navneet will accept returns of the product purchased, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
Customer will have to inform Navneet of his/her intention to return the product within 3 days of receipt of the product at his/her destination. The deadline for return of the product is within 3 days of receipt of the product.
Returns will be picked up within 15 days from the date on which you received the Product.
Conditions for Returns:
In order for the Product to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Product were purchased in the last 3 days
- The Product are in its original packaging
- The product has to be in its original unused condition to be returned.
"NO RETURN"
The book of Educational Segment is not eligible for return in any case.
The following Product cannot be returned:

The supply of Product made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

The product was removed from its original packing and or is without its original label.

Product damaged, used or manhandled.
- If a product brought by user is a Digital Product.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
The goal is to minimize returns while keeping customers happy.

Define Eligibility: Stationery and books have specific nuances.
- Returnable: Damaged/defective items, wrong items received.
- Non-Returnable: Items that have been used, tampered with, or are "change of mind" purchases (if you choose this stance).
- The "Unboxing Video" Requirement: This is a standard and essential practice for D2C brands in India. Require an unboxing video for claims regarding missing or damaged items. This drastically reduces false claims.
- Return Window: A 2-day window is standard. Anything longer increases the likelihood of product damage/usage.
- Condition of Item: Explicitly state that items must be returned in "original packaging with tags/labels intact."
REFUNDS:
The refunds will take 15 days to be fulfilled once we receive the returns items,
On receipt of the product, a confirmation will be sent to the customer on the status of the same and a refund initiated.
The refund will be in the form of Store Credit in case of Cash on Delivery orders and an electronic refund if the customer has paid through his/her credit or debit card.
Product ordered if not in stock and can’t be exchanged for a similar product will be refunded.
The goal is to maintain trust and prevent financial loss.

Refund Method: The refunds are provided to the original payment method if prepaid and for COD "Store Credit" or “Discount Coupon” will be provided.
Note: Offer Store Credit with a small bonus (e.g., +10% value) to retain the customer. - Reverse Pickup: Clearly state who pays for the return shipping. Usually, if the product is defective, the brand pays. If it's "change of mind," the customer covers the shipping charge.
- Timeline: Set a realistic expectation for when the refund will be processed after we receive the returned item. The timeline for the refund is 15 days on applicable prepaid orders.
- Non-Refundable Costs: State that original shipping charges (if any were paid by the customer) are non-refundable.
Returning a Product:
All refunds will only be made after we receive the returned shipment at the address mentioned below. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Product to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Product damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Product or proof of received return delivery.
GIFTS
If the Product were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
