We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.
Please note our shipping policy is as follows:
We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 to 4 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 8 to 10 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 15 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment. We may also offer you to buy any other product of the same value against the payment already made by you to us.
We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding Sundays & public holidays.
Typically all Mumbai deliveries are completed within 1-2 days post shipment and outside Mumbai deliveries are completed within 2-4 days post shipment, excluding the date of shipping.
For your order to reach you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
For our products, Cash on Delivery is not available for undeliverable PIN codes.
While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, though this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or lack of availability.

Shipping Rates-
For Order Value above Rs 300, shipping will be free for all online payment transactions.
For Order Value up to Rs 299, there will no COD option available and additional Rs 50 will be charged towards shipping cost.

Once the order is dispatched from our store we update it in the system here. You will receive a mail informing you of the updated status along with the tracking details.

The goal is to set clear expectations and protect your margins.
- Processing: Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- Free Shipping Threshold: Order Value above Rs 300, shipping will be free for all online payment and Cash on Delivery transactions.
- Tracking Transparency: Mention how they will receive updates (Email/WhatsApp). Proactively stating "You will receive tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch" builds significant trust.
- Damaged in Transit: State clearly that customers should contact you within 24-48 hours of delivery if the package arrives damaged.
